School Schedule
Classes begin September 10th, 2007 and end May 23rd, 2008. Bright Beginnings Preschool follows the Wayne Central School district calendar in regards to Holiday vacation time as well as weather related delays or cancellations.
Each family receives a calendar at the beginning of the year. This calendar gives parents a basic outline of what their child is learning during class sessions. It also lists important dates and vacation time. A periodic newsletter is also sent out in order to keep parents undated on class activities, class academics and class accomplishments.
Our Needs
A child must be three by December 1st in order to register for the three year old program. A child must be four by December 1st in order to register for the four year old program.
A doctor's health form must be submitted before the child attends their first day of school.
Children from all racial, ethnic and religious backgrounds are welcomed at Bright Beginnings Preschool
All children must be toilet trained.
Your Involvment
There is a Drive-Up Policy. This Drive-Up Policy is simple: children will be met and dismissed at their vehicles by a preschool teacher. Parents will drive their child up to the church's entrance where they will be met by an employee. Parents are asked to remain in their vehicles during the drop off and pick up times.
Parents are encouraged to volunteer and spend time in the classroom with their children. There will be plenty of opportunity for parental involvement; however this involvement is not mandatory.
